With the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in Canada, we recognize the importance of pandemic preparedness and the overall safety of our clients and staff.
Just to make it very clear, your wellness, health & safety is our top priority.
As a company who works closely with our clients in their homes, we are very aware of how we conduct ourselves during this time will affect our clients and staff. While pandemics are unpredictable, there are precautionary measures we have and always take to help protect your safety, the safety of your families and our staff.
We continue to have safety policies and protocols in place as we do our part to help protect all of our families. All staff coming into our client's homes do mandatory hand sanitation prior to entering and leaving homes. Tools are sanitized prior to and after use.
We can confirm that our staff has not traveled outside of the country nor been sick in the past few months. We are monitoring the health and wellness of our families closely as this pandemic unfolds.
For the time being, we feel confident in continuing consultations, service calls, and installations. We would like to ask clients to stay in another room during service calls and installations to keep social distancing intact. For services that can be done remotely, we are preparing programming and updating systems/networks from home as frequently as possible.
We ask that you inform us if anyone in your family is feeling ill, has recently traveled or been in close proximity to anyone who has, or has any concern about being exposed, so that we may reschedule your appointment as we continue to protect our staff and our clients.
